Behavior Supports

Our Behavior Support program is one where we work with individuals to develop a behavior support plan (BSP), implement an existing BSP, and make recommendations to the BSP as the individual progresses. We have master’s level clinicians that will work with our individuals and contract with licensed clinicians to support our individuals with all of their behavioral needs. This support requires extremely accurate documentation that is monitored by the clinicians on a consistent basis. The support specialists that work with these individuals are trained by the clinicians to implement the BSP, monitor and report progress or regression, and also make recommendations based on their day-to-day observations. Communication and collaboration are integral components of these services. Specialists are trained in the importance of these components and are held to a high standard in both areas
