Our Mission
SweetTree Support Services was established in 2023 and is an ODP approved provider for In- Home and Community Supports, Community Participation Supports, Behavior Supports, and Companion Services for adults with Intellectual Disabilities. Sweet Tree was founded upon the belief that everyone is deserving of a quality, everyday life of their choosing. We proudly practice person centered support with all of the individuals we intend to provide services to.
At SweetTree Support Services, our goal is to foster a society where every adult and family we serve will have the opportunity to succeed and thrive and to be active members of their communities. We provide high quality services that you can trust. Our individuals’ physical and mental well-being is our top priority. We strive to empower individuals, enhance their lives, and ensure that they are cared for with the utmost respect, compassion, and dignity in order to live a safe and healthy life of their choosing. Our ultimate mission is planting seeds in the community to foster growth for the individuals we serve.
We envision a service delivery model focused on person centered planning service which increases individual capacity towards living an everyday life. The model Includes strengthening individuals emotional and physical wellness, increased social capital, and increased independence.
